We share your name, address and phone number with our courier partner solely to deliver your order, and with our payment provider (UPI/Razorpay-type link) to process payment. We don't share your data with anyone else.
Our website may use basic, privacy-respecting analytics (such as Google Analytics) to understand how many people visit and which pages they look at. This is aggregate, anonymised traffic data — it isn't linked to your WhatsApp order details.
We keep order and delivery information for as long as reasonably needed for accounting, warranty and customer-service purposes.
